Our hiring process is human

We don’t do 7-round interviews. No puzzles. No power games.

Here’s what we do:

Intro Chat — Just a 15–30 min conversation to get to know you.

Round 2:
Case Study — Real-world, meaningful, and collaborative case study followed by a personality test. We take our team and space seriously and we benchmark who you are with who we are.

Round 3:
Final Interview to discuss your case study, your role & our culture.

Offer & Immersion — A 2-week onboarding designed to bring you gently into our culture.
