1. Definitions

"Member": Any individual or entity who has entered into a membership or booking agreement with away.center.

"Services": Includes access to coworking space, internet, utilities, support, community access, and other value-add services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

3. Use of Services

● Members must adhere to workspace guidelines, maintain decorum, and not engage in unlawful activities

● Subletting or transferring your membership is not allowed without written consent.

● Community and wellness amenities are subject to fair use.

4. Payments & Refunds

● All bookings and memberships are prepaid.

● No refunds for partial or unused periods.

● Security deposits are refundable post deductions for damages or dues.

5. Virtual Office

● KYC compliance is mandatory.

● Any misuse or fraudulent activities will lead to termination and may be reported.

6. Termination

● Either party may terminate the service with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise agreed in writing

● away.center may terminate immediately in case of violation of terms, misuse, or default.

7. Disclaimers

● While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted services due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

● We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended.

8. Community Code of Conduct

● Respect fellow members and team.

● Keep noise levels low in shared areas.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes are subject to the

jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
