Each session of Move, Breathe, and Reset is a small-group yoga experience led by Lisha and Honey — designed to help you slow down, feel good in your body, and build a consistent practice without pressure.
Note: This is not a fitness class focused on performance or flexibility goals.
You can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to your mat after a long break, every session is a safe, unhurried space to move and breathe at your own pace.
